Rashod Bateman, finally past his injury woes and ready to go

Rashod Bateman missed a large chunk of training camp recovering from the Lisfranc foot surgery he underwent last season and ended it earlier for the promising wideout.

Bateman opened training camp on the physically unable to perform list and was a limited practice participant through the end of August. The receiver finally returned ahead of the last preseason game but was reasonably left out of it if only as a precautionary measure.

"I'm excited. I'm in a good place, the team is in a good spot," Bateman said (per Clifton Brown of BaltimoreRavens.com) earlier this week

"It's been a long time coming. It's been a tough road. But we're back to square one, we're healthy, and I feel really good," Bateman continued. "My teammates have been up for me, the staff has been up for me. I think I'm in for a good year."
