The Baltimore Ravens are coming off a 10-7 season that ended in a Wild Card loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. For some teams, that would be a promising season. For the Ravens, it was an underwhelming year that was negatively impacted by injury. Baltimore is one of the best teams in the NFL, so the standard is high.

The Ravens are now preparing for the 2023 season as they try to play up to expectations. The rookies reported for camp on Tuesday, July 18, and the veterans will join them on Tuesday, July 25. Once training camp is underway, there will be plenty for fans to be excited about.

Let’s take a look at five reasons for fans to get super excited about training camp.

5. Odell Beckham Jr.

I mean, come on, the name speaks for itself. A healthy Odell Beckham Jr. is not only one of the best players in the NFL, but he’s one of the most exciting players in all of football. It’s going to be great seeing him get welcomed into the team’s culture and offense.

There’s literally so much to get excited about with Odell. How will he be used in the offense? What kind of rapport will Beckham build with Lamar Jackson? How fun with the daily matchups between Marlon Humphrey and Beckham be? All are things to watch for in training camp.

Most importantly, everyone will be anxious to see if Odell Beckham Jr. is still the show-stopping receiver that helped the Los Angeles Rams win a Super Bowl just two seasons ago.
