Free agents the Baltimore Ravens should add following 2023 NFL Draft: DE Frank Clark

The Ravens went into the draft needing another pass rusher, and they came away with third-round pick Tavius Robinson, who is more of an outside backer but can also rush the passer. If they wanted a real, down lineman who can get after the quarterback, then veteran Frank Clark would be a great option.

This is the type of move you make as a team with Super Bowl aspirations, but it's also a total Baltimore Ravens move. They have had a history of signing veteran defensive guys who have an attitude and play with an edge, and that's Clark, without a doubt.

For the last four seasons, Clark has been a member of the highly-successful Kansas City Chiefs. There, he was a three-time Pro Bowl selection, having gotten the nod all but last year while with the Chiefs. Clark is a pass rusher who can play a good 60-to-70 percent of snaps and be on the field for most meaningful plays, and generate plenty of pressure along the way.

Last season Clark ended with 5.0 sacks, 10 hurries and 24 total pressures in Kansas City. He would add yet another alpha, strong, veteran type of personality to this unit that was much-improved over the second half of the season last year.
