3. Laquon Treadwell is trending up the Baltimore Ravens roster
As we discussed with Tylan Wallace, there is a chance that this comes down to Treadwell and Wallace. However, at the same time, Treadwell has to fight off other positions. It is great that he is helping out at wide receiver, and when you think about how cursed they have been at that position in recent seasons, you have to wonder if the Ravens will default to keeping extra depth at wide receiver.
Still, if the 50-53rd are up for grabs, it often comes down to which players can get a helmet due to special teams. This is where Treadwell may be earning a roster. He was one of the best and most active special teams participants on the Ravens last week against the Eagles.
Treadwell has beaten the bust label and has made a few NFL rosters due to his special teams ability. This has kept him in the NFL since 2016. So, he knows how to make a roster, even as a sixth wideout. The need for depth at wide out helps him. The fact that he was not here last year to disappoint them like Tylan Wallace helps him, but special teams is what puts him in the top three when the top five will make the Baltimore Ravens roster.
