After failing to see his fifth-year option picked up, the future remains in limbo for Baltimore Ravens linebacker Patrick Queen.

Baltimore might be best to hang onto him and get a conditional third-round pick for him next year, should that be the end result. Or, they could opt to trade him and try to get a little bit more for him prior to the start of this season.

There are quite a few teams that would make sense for Queen, and we've discussed a few of them already. The Minnesota Vikings are definitely a good match, as are the Houston Texans. But, what about a few others?

Let's look at a few fresh trade ideas for the Ravens and Queen.

The Baltimore Ravens could trade Patrick Queen to the Las Vegas Raiders

One of the other teams that make sense for Queen is the Las Vegas Raiders, who have a heck of a division to compete in. The AFC, itself, is stacked, if we're being honest. Las Vegas could use a linebacker like Queen to pair with guys like Maxx Crosby and Chandler Jones, giving them an even better front seven.

The Raiders don't have a fifth-round pick in 2024, otherwise that would have been the move, here. But, since the Ravens have to wait an extra year for that additional pick, it moves up a round. Instead of netting a third rounder for Queen next offseason, the Ravens get a higher pick (rather than conditional) in the third, plus a future fourth-round selection as well.

Queen will help the Raiders look to quell the likes of Patrick Mahomes and Justin Herbert in that vaunted AFC West, where it seems like Vegas has no upper hand, no matter how you spin it.
