Baltimore Ravens Rumors: 3 sensible Patrick Queen trades with the Texans

Trade Number 3: The Ravens acquire a different wide receiver, plus a pick exchange, for Patrick Queen
If the Ravens wanted a wide receiver, still, but wanted to go a different route, they could ask for more of a sure thing in third-year pro Nico Collins. This would be the richest of all trades, because Baltimore gets a mid-round pick in addition to a veteran who has shown flashes of developing into a solid pro.
Collins is a former third-round pick back in 2021, out of Michigan, and has had some decent seasons through his first two years with the Texans. Despite poor quarterback play, he's put some good film out there to prove he has what it takes to have a lengthy career in the NFL.
Standing a towering 6-foot-4, Collins has that prototypical outside size that the Ravens could use. Right now, they have a few guys who are a little shorter and can make moves in space. Currently, there is no one as young and capable, standing this size on the roster, like Collins.
Through two seasons with Houston, Collins has caught 70 passes for 927 yards and three touchdowns. He'd give the Ravens a nice pairing between he and Flowers for a future duo at wide receiver, plus Rashod Bateman, if the former Golden Gopher can stay healthy and develop as planned.
