3 Davante Adams trades to make Ravens AFC favorites
By Ryan Heckman
At 4-2, the Baltimore Ravens are still holding onto the top spot in the AFC North, but both the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers are close behind, and you have to imagine the Cincinnati Bengals are going to get things rolling.
For the Ravens to truly contend this season, they may have to make a move before the trade deadline at the end of this month. One area they could look at improving is in the passing game. Landing a legitimate threat and alpha wideout could launch Lamar Jackson and this offense into another stratosphere.
Las Vegas Raiders wideout Davante Adams is a hot name among trade rumors, mostly due to Adams not being happy with having to wait around for the Raiders to figure things out. So, what would it take for the Ravens to land the 6-time Pro Bowler? Let's look at a few possible trades.
Trade Number 1: The Ravens give up a pair of picks for Davante Adams
The first deal is very simple. The Ravens give up a pair of second-round picks to land Adams.
Adams was had by the Raiders for a first and second-round pick back when the Packers sent him to Las Vegas. So, maybe his value is just a tad lower at this point. If not, though, Baltimore could try one of a couple other packages as well.
