Trade Number 2: Baltimore gets a pick along with Derrick Henry

Since drafting wide receiver Rashod Bateman in the first round back in the 2021 NFL Draft, Baltimore has yet to see what he is fully capable of. The biggest reason why? Bateman has struggled with injuries thus far. The 23-year-old came into the league as a receiver who could legitimately be a WR1, yet has been unable to stay on the field regularly.

This season, he has been hampered by a hamstring injury. Obviously, the Ravens have long needed some concrete weapons in the wide receiver room, and parting with Bateman would be tough. But, to this point, he has only caught seven passes on the year. Zay Flowers looks like the real deal and this team's WR1 of the future, plus Lamar Jackson loves throwing it to his tight ends as well.

The Titans could end up having one heck of a tandem at wideout if Bateman gets himself healthy, pairing up with Treylon Burks. The future of the position in Tennessee would look bright, and in the immediate, these two get to play alongside DeAndre Hopkins.

It could end up being a win-win for both sides, especially if Henry proves he's got at least one more elite year in him.
