Surprise Trade Number 2: The Baltimore Ravens move up to select QB Will Levis
Over the last week or two, one particular name has been sliding down many draft boards, and that's Kentucky quarterback Will Levis. Should he fall out of the top 10, it's officially time for the Ravens to start paying attention.
Now, Levis isn't exactly the type who fits Baltimore's style of offense over the last few years, but if a first-round quarterback slips and you're a team like the Ravens who continues to be in limbo at the position due to the Lamar Jackson situation, you have to make a move.
With the pick Baltimore receives from Green Bay, they would select Levis. Now, whether you love or hate Levis as a prospect, he's going to go in the first round for a reason. He's got some great qualities to like in an NFL quarterback.
First and foremost, Levis is a competitor. He's a gritty player who fights every single down he's on the field. But, he's also got that prototypical size you look for, standing 6-foot-4 and possessing a big arm. He comes from a pro-style offense and could adapt well to an NFL playbook.
Would he be worth a move like this? Time will tell, but the Ravens could be getting desperate as the week goes on.
