Baltimore Ravens Rumors: Top 3 teams in competition for DeAndre Hopkins

This offseason has been like that of a Hollywood drama for the Baltimore Ravens.

This organization has seen some of its biggest names in headlines, while adding another big name via free agency. It all started with the Lamar Jackson saga, and that situation certainly split the fan base it seemed.

Then, in the middle of the Jackson situation, came the Odell Beckham Jr. signing. That definitely seemed like a move that was made while knowing Jackson's circumstance would be worked out, eventually. And, it did.

Of course, there's also the Patrick Queen situation, where the veteran is now going to play out the final year of his contract without a fifth-year option being picked up. So, what's next? How about signing DeAndre Hopkins?

The Baltimore Ravens are currently a +700 favorite to land DeAndre Hopkins

According to PointsBet Sportsbook, the Ravens come in with the third-best odds to sign 3-time All Pro wide reciever DeAndre Hopkins after his release came via the Arizona Cardinals.

Hopkins and the Cardinals were headed opposite directions, with Arizona being a favorite to end up with a top-3 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. In other words, they're going to be in for a rough 2023 season.

If the Ravens wanted to completley cement their wide receiver room, and put both Hopkins and Beckham together, that would likely mean Lamar Jackson is going to blow the roof off this coming season. But, in order to do so, they'll have to compete with three other teams in pursuing the veteran wide receiver.
