2. The Baltimore Ravens wide receivers dropped too many passes against the Steelers?

The Baltimore Ravens pass catchers crushed them on Sunday. In total, the Ravens had seven drops, according to PFF. Mark Andrews led the way with three, followed by Zay Flowers with two. Those stung. Nelson Agholor dropped a pass for a big gain, and Rashod Bateman had an awful day all the way around.

He was coming back from an injury, so he was being eased back in, but he was on the wrong page with Jackson all day and had a costly drop that could have led to points.

Even Odell Beckham did not have a drop, but he was asked to win a jump ball against the rookie Joey Porter Jr., but Porter boxed him out and made him look like he was past his time. This was a concerning game. The thought all offseason was that the Ravens had enough skill player talent to take them over the edge.

Beckham and Bateman are coming back from injuries, so maybe they will play better. Still, Agholor is known for drops and big moments, and Andrews is developing too much of a habit of coming up short in big games as well. This was a rough game for all of the Baltimore Ravens pass catchers.
