The Baltimore Ravens will put their two-game winning streak on the line against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. Baltimore quietly has been one of the best teams in the AFC this season and has a shot to be the No. 1 seed in the playoffs.
The Ravens opened as seven-point favorites over the resurgent Rams, who are coming off a solid win over the Browns last week and competing for a playoff spot in the NFC.
Can Lamar Jackson lead the Ravens to their second consecutive win against another LA team, or will the Rams pull off a massive upset with their surging offense? Below, we will break down this Week 14 matchup and give our best bet!

Rams vs. Ravens Key Players to Watch
Los Angeles Rams
Kyren Williams: The second-year running back has been outstanding on the ground since he returned from injury in Week 12. Williams has 316 scrimmage yards and three total touchdowns on 46 touches in his last two contests. Last week against the Browns, the former Notre Dame running back racked up 112 total yards (88 rushing) and a rushing touchdown. Williams will try to carry that momentum into this week’s matchup against the Ravens, who have allowed 102.3 rushing yards per game this season.
Baltimore Ravens
Lamar Jackson: Jackson doesn’t have gaudy passing stats this season, but he’s been good enough to have the Ravens on the cusp of first place in the AFC. The former league MVP is completing 68.3% (career-high) of his passes for 2,618 yards, 13 touchdowns, and five interceptions.
In addition to his production in the passing game, Jackson has 574 rushing yards and five touchdowns on the ground. The star quarterback has completed less than 60% of his passes in two out of his last three games, but he should bounce back against the Rams.
Rams vs. Ravens Prediction and Pick
The Rams have played better football lately, picking up double-digit wins over the Cardinals and Browns. However, Los Angeles also played Kyler Murray and Joe Flacco in those games. They will face a different caliber of quarterback in Jackson, who has a solid running game behind him and the best-scoring defense in the NFL.
Baltimore is fresh off a bye week after its 10-point win over the Chargers in Week 12, where they ran for 197 yards. The Rams have been good against the run, allowing 76 yards per game over their last three games.
Therefore, Jackson must get the passing game going against this Los Angeles’ defense, which allows 219.8 passing yards per game this season.
Baltimore has played well at home this season, with its only two losses coming against the Browns and Colts in overtime. I believe that looms large in this matchup as the Ravens’ defense keeps Williams in check and allows their defensive line to pin its ear back and go after Matthew Stafford.
