9. Patrick Queen

Patrick Queen is currently eighth amongst inside linebackers in voting. He also is 10th in tackles, so like Clowney, it will be hard for him to pass up some of these names who have the stats and the votes.

One of those names is Roquann Smith. Smith joins Foye Oluokun, Quincy Williams, and Zaire Franklin as the AFC linebackers ahead of him. The two 49ers linebackers, Fred Warner and Dre Greenlaw, and then Nate Landman of the Atlanta Falcons are also ahead of Patrick Queen right now.

Sticking just in the AFC, it will be hard to make up any ground. He will obviously stay behind Roquan Smith, and all Ravens fans agree. Still, Oluokun has kept that defense together, and Quincy Williams is having a breakout year. The emergence of Franklin is what caused the Colts to get rid of Shaq Leonard with no second thoughts. These players are going to get the sole votes of their fan base, and they have better stats than Queen right now.

Queen gets the San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins, and those two games will either propel him or expose him. We will find out soon.
