4. The Baltimore Ravens may be missing Marlon Humphrey this week

Marlon Humphrey went down with a calf injury on Sunday. Like Stanley, he did not practice on Monday, and knowing that it is such a short turnaround, the odds of Humphrey playing Thursday are very low.

Rock Ya-Sin came in for Humphrey on Sunday, but there is a question of what the Ravens will do this week. In week two, when Humphrey was out against the Bengals, they decided to platoon Rock Ya-Sin with Ronald Darby. Both were returning from different injuries, and the Ravens did not want to overwork either.

Now, both have been benched for a few weeks with Humphrey out. What do the Ravens do?

First, they do have options, so this is not devastating. The Ravens were sitting at 3-1 before they brought Humphrey back into the mix. Better than that, Darby, Ya-Sin, and Brandon Stephens all saw pieces of Ja’Marr Chase in week two.

The Bengals wide receiver corps may not be as strong as they were in week two, but Joe Burrow has struggled against Mike MacDonald in his career.

The Ravens were built to withstand injuries, and guys like Mekari, Ya-Sin, and Darby are starter-caliber players on other teams. This is why these injuries are not the worst.
