Ravens All-Big 12 7-Round Mock Draft features big names at OL, WR
By Mike Luciano
Round 7, Pick 225: Kenny Logan, SAF, Kansas
This is the time to not only search for backups, but also look for core special teamers. Logan was a puzzling combine snub, as his tape with the Jayhawks was strong enough to where he should be considered a draftable player with enough upside to eventually mold himself into a starter.
If Geno Stone can become a quality player, why can't Logan? While not an overly physical hitter when he needs to creep into the box in run defense, Logan can hang back in zone better than most Day 3 safeties while creating turnovers and showing off tremendous play recognition.
Kenny Logan could end up with the Baltimore Ravens
Round 7, Pick 247: Willis Patrick, OG, TCU
This is the time to gamble on tools and hope that there's a quality lineman in there somewhere. Even though Patrick was not invited to the combine, the Ravens should consider adding the well-traveled veteran as either a late-round pick or a priority free agent after the draft.
Patrick put up game tape that was as solid as that of 6-7 teammate and Combine invite Andrew Coker. After going from D-II Angelo State to Deion Sanders' Jackson State, the 355-pound run-blocking specialist in Patrick proved he has enough talent to last at the highest level of college.
