(Kid) Inside Linebacker: Josh Ross

Ross is going to find it nearly impossible to make the 53-man cut with Roquan Smith, Patrick Queen, and a bunch of other veterans locked into their roles.

The second-year man former Wolverine has something going his way and that's his age. He's just 23 years old and his case for making the roster has more to do with upside and potential rather than actual experience.

Ross already made the 53-man roster as an undrafted rookie last year as he spent time with DC Mike MacDonald in Michigan. Sadly, his season was cut short because of a season-ending injury after just two games.

With his familiarity with MacDonald's system, Ross is a likely candidate for the Ravens' practice squad and he shouldn't have much trouble making it there.
