The final transactions of the Baltimore Ravens are in... and they are rather interesting. With the deadline for roster moves set on Saturday at 4 p.m., the Ravens (2-0) submitted their final active squad for Sunday's Week 3 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.

As reported before the deadline, the Ravens activated veteran rusher Melvin Gordon from the Practice Squad in the wake of Justice Hill's turf toe injury. Jeremy Fowler of ESPN got the scoop, later confirmed by the franchise officially.

With seven players ruled out for Week 3 last Friday (on top of three more already placed on IR), moves were coming, and activating Gordon was the easiest one to predict.

Another predictable move was the activation of some linebacker reinforcements. In this case, there wasn't the tiniest of tension involved with the Ravens decision of bringing Jeremiah Moon to the active 53-man roster for Week 3.

John Harbaugh revealed the news days in advance of Saturday's deadline after Odafe Oweh's ankle injury was confirmed on Monday. Oweh played only 14 snaps against the Bengals and was still in a walking boot as recently as last Friday, so he was never going to make it in time for Week 3.

Second-year outside linebacker Moon is about to make his regular-season debut (even if that's just on a limited role) after spending the 2022 season as a member of the Ravens practice squad.

Moon comes off logging nine tackles (one of them for a loss of yardage), three QB hits, one pass deflection, and one sack throughout the preseason in August.
