The 53-man roster deadline passed yesterday and it's pretty much business as usual for the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens had to reduce their roster from 90 players to 53, which is the season-allotted number. There weren't too many surprises once the dust settled. Now the focus shifts to the 2024 regular season.

Have the Ravens chosen their players adequately?

Are there holes on the roster that still need addressing?

Who among the group is going to overachieve and exceed expectations? Are Adissa Isaac and Trenton Simpson ready to dominate alongside Roquan Smith? Several questions remain to be answered for what should be another successful season. John Harbaugh and Co. are ready to go Super Bowl hunting and it's open season.

These players will start the 2024 season on the physically unable-to-perform list, with the opportunity to play once they recover from their injuries. After being activated, they’ll have 21 days to rejoin the 53-man roster.

This will likely result in another player being moved to the practice squad or released to make room for their return.

Injured reserve:

Arthur Maulet (CB)

Players placed on injured reserve before the regular season begins are ineligible to return during the year unless they receive a specific designation. This means they must miss at least four games before rejoining the team.
