The Baltimore Ravens have only been at training camp for about a week, so it is hard to say that any of the recent developments have been crucial changes to the roster. However, every day at training camp is a huge chance for players to set the tone for the season, so there are players who have been moving up and down.

Who are some of the stock up players at this point of the summer?

3. Sala Aumavae-Laulu is the likely starter at left guard for the Baltimore Ravens

When we left OTAs, Sala Aumavae-Laulu was one of the big stock-up players because the thought was that he was going to compete to start for the left guard job. However, now that we are a week in, it is clear that it is more than just competing. He is very likely the favorite to start week one.

Sala Aumavae-Laulu has been lining up with the first team for the majority of the training camp sessions. He was the first player to run with the first team at that spot. That speaks volumes about where the team is with his development because this is not just a rookie but a day-three pick at that.

Ben Cleveland has been nowhere in sight in terms of the competition, and you can argue that John Simpson has been the toughest test. Still, Simpson is merely there to push one of the younger guys, and that younger guy happens to be Aumavae-Laulu and not Cleveland. This is a huge win, and he is the clear favorite to start week one.
