1. Gus Edwards was a star for the Baltimore Ravens Sunday

The matchup was set up perfectly for the Baltimore Ravens to ride Gus Edwards. The Ravens were favorites, and they had a big advantage with their interior offensive line against the Cardinals' defensive front. The Ravens needed to find an established ground game this week because their interior has not dominated often, and Edwards has struggled to get into a flow to put teams away.

On Sunday, Edwards had 80 yards on 19 carries, and he turned that into three touchdowns. He also added two catches for 19 yards. He technically did not get the chance to put the game away because the Cardinals recovered an onside kick.

Still, he did everything you would want to see from a back who can put the game away late in the season or even in the playoffs. He kept the pile moving and kept the chains moving. Edwards was picking up the extra yards consistently.

The Ravens run game is mainly just Lamar Jackson and whoever is beside him. This week, we get to talk about Gus Edwards, and he deserves it. The Ravens do not beat the Cardinals without that type of performance, and he is a player that they need to look strong down the stretch run.
