The Baltimore Ravens know the Cleveland Browns well, but every year, there is a new team. While there are familiar faces such as Myles Garrett, and we all know Amari Cooper, even if he only has a few games in the rivalry. Who are some of the other players that are not known as much as the two get ready for the first of two games?

3. Grant Delpit is playing his best football for the Cleveland Browns this season

The second-round pick in 2020 is finally breaking out. He is in a contract year, so the timing is right, but it feels like it is more about usage for Grant Delpit. In 2020, he suffered a season-ending injury, and in 2021, he was eased back in.

Delpit was not good enough to meet standards in 2022, but things are really coming together right now. His contract and health matter, but the Browns are also using him in the box more. They signed Juan Thornhill to be a deep safety, and it is allowing Delpit to fight for more plays in the box.

Delpit has 15 tackles and nine stops per PFF. PFF also has him as the third-graded safety this year, behind Jevon Holland and Jessie Bates. The tape adds up, and all three of these players are balling right now.

When you think of Delpit and his pressence in the box, he is going to see a lot of Mark Andrews this week. Beyond that, he will be one of the many players spying on Lamar Jackson. The addition of Thornhill, and how it impacts Delpit is something that Ravens fans must know about because it will impact this game in a big way.
