Day 10 of Ravens training camp brought some strides on offense, more great wide receiver play, and a scary moment in the secondary.

-Out of practice on Sunday: Michael Campanaro (ribs), Will Rackey (concussion), Lardarius Webb (back), Terrence Cody (hip), and Daryl Smith (groin).  Timmy Jernigan was back today but didn’t participate in team drills.  Dennis Pitta and Elvis Dumervil got the day off.

-The cornerback carnage continues after Jimmy Smith and Asa Jackson collided today.  Smith appeared to hurt his back but continued to play until the team took him out for the remainder of practice.

-The offense finally appeared to be making progress towards consistency on Sunday.  John Harbaugh took notice, telling reporters that they made “major strides.”  Joe Flacco looked good in the short, intermediate, and deep passing games.

More from Ravens News

-Steve Smith burned Chykie Brown yet again in what appears to be a recurring theme. Meanwhile, Asa Jackson had a pick against Joe Flacco and continued his solid play.

-Kelechi Osemele looked great again in his return from a lost season, at one point absolutely mauling Josh Bynes on a block.

-Torrey Smith continued his tear as well, making several tough catches.

-Marlon Brown continues to improve with each practice and seems to be settling down a bit.

-Owen Daniels just looks slow on the field and just isn’t getting separation from anyone.  He had one near catch today that he ended up fumbling.
