According to CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora, Morris Claiborne is most likely going to end up wearing the purple and black:

There are two nuggets of exciting information in this tweet by Jason La Canfora. The idea of signing Morris Claiborne is an exciting one. He is one of the most talented cornerbacks in the NFL. He is incredibly injury prone, but he is probably the most talented cornerback available.

Jimmy Smith and Claiborne on the outsides, with Tavon Young as the nickel cornerback sounds like a pretty good idea to me. With two physically imposing safeties, two aggressive corners and a nickel back that has play-making abilities good things will happen. The Baltimore Ravens secondary has been a weakness for so long. Now it could actually be a strength.

The other possibility that La Canfora reported was interesting as well. Bringing Webb back makes sense for both parties. The Ravens would have a veteran defensive back that at the very least could provide depth at the safety position. Webb could also be used as an extra cornerback in sub packages. We know he is a good blitzer. Webb at the right price is an asset, and its doubtful that he has many suitors. The Ravens know he can still be valuable, but how many teams are going to go after an aging safety?

The Ravens would lead the league in injury prone cornerbacks if Claiborne does indeed sign with the team. This makes depth a really important thing for the Ravens. The NFL Draft is deep with cornerbacks. If the Ravens bring back Webb and draft a corner on the first or second day, they could really overload the secondary with talent.
