Ray Rice Looking Explosive: Video

While Ray Rice waits (patiently?) to find out about his upcoming suspension, he has shown that he isn’t going to rest on his laurels while doing so.  Rice showed up to camp in great shape and has received rave reviews for looking much like his old self.  Even though players are currently on break until July 23rd, we have evidence that Rice isn’t spending all his time laying on the beach.

Rice’s trainer Kyle Jakobe posted this video to his Instagram that shows Rice making some sharp cuts while demonstrating his trademark explosiveness and quickness.  Rice will undoubtedly get some quality time in during training camp and the preseason, but it is critical for him to stay in top shape while suspended and away from the team.  So far he is showing the world that it won’t be a problem for him.
