We already know that Torrey Smith is fast. That much we have learned by watching him burn opposing secondaries for a few seasons now. But this video, posted by Smith’s trainer Bommarito’s Performance Systems on Instagram, shows off both his speed and amazing agility.

Smith is in full ankle breaking mode in this one. We can’t wait to see him doing the same to anybody trying to cover him in 2014. Couple that with the motivation that he has going in to a contract year, and this has the potential to be Smith’s true breakout season. We are rooting for him, and can’t wait to see him prove everyone wrong that has him pegged as a “one trick pony.”
