Can the Ravens Maintain Offensive Balance?

Perhaps the most glaring mistake the Ravens made in week one was dialing up 62 pass attempts for Joe Flacco while only rushing 20 times.  Thankfully, this offense has become a much more balanced one since that opening debacle.  And Justin Forsett has established himself as the lead dog, whereas in week one carries were split.

Don’t expect this game to look anything like the last one.  Even if Vontaze Burfict plays, the Ravens figure to run the ball a lot. Burfict has battled numerous head injuries the last few weeks and might be best served by sitting out a week or two.  Either way, the star linebacker isn’t 100%, and that’s good news for the Ravens ground game.
