G: Ben Grubbs Baltimore Ravens 2007-2011
Some thought the Ravens made a mistake drafting a guard in the first round of the 2003 draft, but Grubbs proved to be worth the pick. Considered to be one of the best guards in the game he has made two-bowl teams. Due a big pay-day as a free agent the Ravens could afford to pay him what he ultimately signed with the New Orleans Saints where he is still their starting left guard.
