Week Ten: vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars put up a fight in last year’s meeting between these two teams, and you should expect them to do the same this year.  Unfortunately it won’t be enough to earn them their first win in Baltimore after six straight losses as a fresh Ravens team begins to look down the stretch.

Prediction: Ravens 31, Jaguars 17 (6-3)

Week Eleven: vs. St. Louis Rams

Aug 29, 2013; St. Louis, MO, USA; Baltimore Ravens tight end Matt Furstenburg (85) drops a pass that was intercepted by St. Louis Rams defensive back Drew Thomas (41) during the second half at Edward Jones Dome. St. Louis defeated Baltimore 24-21. Mandatory Credit: Jeff Curry-USA TODAY Sports

Speaking of teams that are no longer pushovers, the Rams finally have a quarterback under center who has won some games in the NFL: Nick Foles.  Still, the rest of the offense is a big question mark sans Tres Mason, even though this defense is going to be nasty once again.

Prediction: Ravens 17, Rams 13 (7-3)

Week Twelve: @ Cleveland Browns

In these team’s second meeting, do the fortunes of the Browns change?  Might Johnny Manziel or Marcus Mariota be under center by now?  Does it really matter?  Probably not.

Prediction: Ravens 21, Browns 13 (8-3)
