Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti has said that the Ravens need a tight end. Heuerman had a down year, hindered by a foot injury and spotty quarterback play. He’s got the size and speed to be a downfield threat, as he showed in 2013, and could provide quality play at a low price tag.
Penn State TE Jesse James would be a slower but larger possibility as a pronounced red-zone threat.
