With the first round in the books, the Baltimore Ravens head into day two of the 2015 NFL Draft having secured what they hope will be their future number one wide receiver, Breshad Perriman.  Ozzie Newsome has, if nothing else, filled one of the team’s most glaring needs while also taking the highest rated player on their board at the time.  Hard to argue with that.

Now we head into the meat of the draft (with the potatoes being rounds 4-7): day two. The Ravens still have needs at offensive guard, outside linebacker, cornerback, running back, and tight end.  The good news is, there is still a ton of talent left for the picking. And the Ravens have plenty of ammunition if they want to move up and grab it, with a total of nine picks remaining.

So what players are the Ravens likely to target on Friday night?  Here are a few they will most certainly be eyeballing in our 2015 NFL Draft preview for day two.

Minnesota TE Maxx Williams

Williams would be a nice pickup and a good value in the second round after many predicted he would go in the first.  He’s also the number one tight end prospect in the draft, and would help shore up the position if the Ravens are truly worried about Dennis Pitta’s future.  Another possibility at the position is Miami’s Clive Walford, who the team is reportedly high on.

Boise State RB Jay Ajayi

Ajayi projects as an every down back in the NFL who possesses all the qualities you want from a workhorse.  He’s a violent runner and the most complete back left in the draft.  If the Ravens feel confident that Ajayi is healthy after last season’s knee injury, they might just draft two offensive players in a row (shocking!).  If they go running back, another possibility is Indiana’s Tevin Coleman.
