"Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco ranks 97th on NFL Network’s annual list of the top 100 players in football.  In balloting conducted by NFL players, Flacco curiously managed to plummet from 58th last year despite passing for a career-high 3,986 yards and 27 touchdowns last season. He had only 12 interceptions last season and had a 91.0 quarterback rating.Ravens Pro Bowl inside linebacker C.J. Mosley is ranked 94th on NFL Network’s annual list of top 100 players in balloting from NFL players."

"Ravens defensive end Steven Means has signed his $510,000 exclusive-rights tender.Means is a 6-foot-3, 260-pound former Tampa Bay Buccaneers player who has drawn praise from coach John Harbaugh and general manager Ozzie Newsome in recent months as a young pass rusher with potential.Means played in 11 games for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2012 and 2013 and has six career tackles after being drafted in the fifth round in 2012."
