Jah Reid
Reid, a 2011 third round selection of the Ravens, has been an unmitigated bust after the team traded up to select him with the 85th pick. Reid has appeared in 39 games across four seasons, making 7 starts in 2012.
Reid sunk to an all-time low in 2014 as he fell further and further down the depth chart. He saw action on only 10 snaps across four games, receiving a slightly positive grade from Pro Football Focus. Reid played on only 23 snaps in 2013 across five games.

At the moment, Reid is penciled in behind guard Kelechi Osemele, with this year’s fifth round pick Robert Myers behind him. But with Myers likely redshirting this season as a developmental prospect, Reid might be safe for yet another year.
Regardless, Reid is a mitigating talent who hasn’t even served in a rotational role over the last couple of seasons. He’s on the fringe of the Ravens’ roster, and the emergence of any one of their young linemen could quickly make him expendable.
