Defensive Line (7)
In: Brandon Williams, Timmy Jernigan, Chris Canty, Carl Davis, Lawrence Guy, Kapron Lewis-Moore, Christo Bilukidi
Out: DeAngelo Tyson, Micajah Reynolds
The Ravens kept only five defensive linemen on the final roster last season, but may not be 100% comfortable doing so this year with a group of young players and the injuries that have stricken them lately.
With Williams, Jernigan, Canty, and Davis the obvious locks, the real battle comes down to Lewis-Moore and Tyson.
Lewis-Moore had a nice game against the Redskins and showed why the Ravens have kept him around for two seasons despite his injuries. Tyson, on the other hand, hasn’t done anything to earn another chance.
Guy and Bilukidi don’t offer anything special, but they are solid depth pieces who know the system after both were brought on board last season.
