Week 5 of the NFL season brought a hard fought, heartbreaking overtime loss for the Baltimore Ravens, who fell to the Cleveland Browns at home for the first time since 2007. It moves the Ravens to 1-4 on the season, a mark that puts them in a huge hole in the AFC North race.
The Ravens truly blew their chance at getting back into the playoff hunt and might just have sealed their fate as the Bengals moved to 5-0. It’s a tough pill to swallow for Ravens fans, who haven’t seen this kind of horrible start since the pre-John Harbuagh and Joe Flacco days.
Despite the deflating loss, the Ravens had several excellent individual performances. Joe Flacco turned out to be an excellent goal line runner, while Kamar Aiken racked up some yards in the absence of Steve Smith Sr. Let’s take a look at 5 players who earned their paycheck this week.
