Stock up: Jeremy Ross
If you didn’t know who Jeremy Ross was before Sunday, we don’t blame you. Ross was the Lions primary return man for the last two seasons yet found himself cut from the roster in September. The Ravens scooped him and and signed him to the practice squad.

After injuries to Michael Campanaro and Steve Smith left them short handed at receiver and returner, the Ravens activated Ross this week. And he filled in quite admirably, grabbing both of his 2 targets for 24 yards on offense. Ross also took 5 kick returns for 136 yards (including a 46 yarder) and returned 2 punts for 21 yards.
With Smith’s status week-to-week and Darren Waller leaving the game with a concussion, Ross might be in line for even more action next week. So far he looks like he’s up to the task.
