5. Pharoh Cooper, South Carolina

Cooper is one of the most underrated receivers in the draft. He is a prolific receiver with incredible vertical ability. I would argue if he had a quarterback at South Carolina that was decent, or a few more inches on his frame he would be in the discussion of the first round. The truth of the matter is that you can get Cooper for a steal in the second or third round of the draft.

In his career with the South Carolina Gamecocks he has amassed 138 receptions for 2,163 yards and 18 touchdowns. In the 2015 season he had 66 receptions for 973 yards and 8 touchdowns. Cooper has a lot of potential. He is quicker than he is fast and he is an instinctive football player. I think Cooper is an exciting football player who could be much better than his draft stock may suggest.
