1. Ronnie Stanley

Ronnie Stanley is under the most pressure on the entire team. We’re talking about the sixth overall pick coming in and starting at left tackle. By releasing Eugene Monroe, the Ravens are essentially saying that they have full confidence in their rookie to man Joe Flacco’s blind side. This is a big responsibility.

The Ravens have a lot riding on the future of Stanley. If he is a bust, he will hurt the team and the draft legacy of Ozzie Newsome. The team would look foolish for parting with Monroe. If he is the real deal, Stanley will make the Ravens a better team. One thing is for sure, the speed of the NFL is completely different than College Football. We have to be ready to endure some growing pains from Stanley.
