#2 : Breshad Perriman, WR
Does it count as a breakout year if it’s technically your first? Nevertheless, Breshad Perriman looks to potentially have a large role on offense this season. While he may take a couple of weeks to get going, my prediction is that he’ll be the starting outside receiver by mid-season. He has that much talent.
Perriman missed all of the 2015 season with a partially torn PCL and recently injured his ACL, though he should be fine for the regular season.

Perriman has the ideal combination of size and speed, similar to Atlanta Falcons’ wide receiver Julio Jones. He gets over the top on cornerbacks on almost every vertical route I saw him run in college, and that was facing first round quality cornerbacks. He’s a clutch player, most notably catching the game winning Hail-Mary against East Carolina back in 2014.
If Joe Flacco is healthy and has time to work with Perriman, the two are a match made in heaven. Flacco’s arm perfectly matches Perriman’s ability to go deep. Defensive Coordinators in the NFL will know Perriman’s name soon enough.
