Jeremy Butler Has Climbed The Depth Chart
When preseason football began, Jeremy Butler was on the roster bubble. Now he is trying to be the Ravens number three receiver. Butler has led the NFL in receiving this preseason. It may not mean an awful lot on face value, but it means he’s playing well.
He has 13 receptions for 114 yards and two touchdowns. He has played well whether it was Joe Flacco, Ryan Mallet or Josh Johnson throwing him the football. Butler made it impossible for the Ravens to cut him.
