The Bottom Line

Gary Kubiak got Joe Flacco back on track after a brutal 2013 season. Not only did he get Flacco back on track but he got the veteran quarterback to his best season. The Ravens rushing attack was off the charts good. Kubiak made Justin Forsett a temporary star. Forsett gained 1,266 yards in Kubiak’s one season with the Ravens. Forsett is now with the Detroit Lions.

Why am I telling you about Kubiak? After all isn’t he enjoying life as the Broncos Super Bowl winning coach? Yes, he is. The reason I brought up Kubiak is, that he set the mold for the Ravens offensive coordinator position.

The Ravens are auditioning Mornhinweg that job moving forward. The only question they need to ask is quite simple. Is he able to replicate and build off the success that Kubiak had in Baltimore? The answer is no. Baltimore must move on to yet another coordinator. Thanks to Mr. Kubiak however, the Ravens know what to look for.
