1. Ray Lewis

I think there is no argument that Ray Lewis has to be #1 on this list. Putting a statue of him next to Johnny Unitas pretty much says it right there. There is no other Baltimore Ravens player that has meant more to the franchise than Ray. He will be a first ballot Hall of Famer now that he is finally eligible. Through the thick and thin he stuck with the organization for 17 years.

You can say what you want about his off the field incident, but Ray Lewis is arguably the best middle linebacker to ever play the game of football. Opposing players were scared to come up against Lewis. He amassed over 1,500 total tackles and 41 sacks. If you were an offensive player from 1996-2012 chances are you were tackled by Ray Lewis. As long as the Baltimore Ravens are a NFL franchise, Ray Lewis will forever be the face of it.
