Donald Payne, S-ILB, Stetson (Not Pictured)
I know what most of you are thinking, where the heck is Stetson University? Trust me I had that same question myself. Stetson University is a small FCS school located in Central Florida. This is where Donald Payne played his college football. Do not let the small school fool you, this kid can play football.
He is listed as a safety and inside linebacker, but is definitely more of a secondary player. At only 217 pounds, he does have the size right now to play inside. I see him as a small school Jabril Peppers. He has that kind of versatility to play around on the defense and he can get after the football. After his final season last year, Payne finished his collegiate career with 538 career tackles. That is good enough to put him at third all time in Division 1 history. As a rookie, he could compete for a place in a crowded secondary as well as on special teams. If he can beef up, there is a chance he could get a shot playing at linebacker
