Cornerbacks

Jimmy Smith

Brandon Carr

Marlon Humphrey

Tavon Young

Maurice Canady

Sheldon Price

It’s hard to remember a time when the Ravens cornerback situation didn’t make you want to crawl into a cool dark space, and get in the fetal position. The Ravens went all out in their efforts to fix the secondary and it should make a huge impact throughout the season. Jimmy Smith is a really good cornerback. When he is on the field, the Ravens were a completely different team defensively. Hopefully, Smith can stay healthy for a full 16 game season. The good news is that the Ravens now have four quality corners.

Marlon Humphrey has upside like the world’s tallest mountain. He could be a sensational cornerback. Behind Smith, the Ravens have three cornerbacks capable of being the Ravens number two guy. The Ravens will have the ability to match up with great passing attacks; their sub package game is going to be on point.
