The Ravens Legends Bracket has been a lot of fun so far. There haven’t been a ton of surprises. The number one seeds (who could all be enshrined in Canton) won without breaking a sweat. Ray Lewis, Jonathan Ogden, Ed Reed and Terrell Suggs are those one seeds, and they are the most likely to be the last four. Several active Ravens made the second round. In the Billick region, Joe Flacco and Justin Tucker advanced. In the Modell region Marshall Yanda got all the vote against Corey Graham. The Newsome region has Suggs and Brandon Williams squaring off in the next round, and C.J. Mosley made it through in the Harbaugh region.
The two Super Bowl teams in Ravens history were well represented. 21 of the 64 players were members of the Super Bowl XXXV team. 12 of those players went on to the second round. There were 16 players from the Super Bowl XLVII champions. One of the fun things about this bracket is that all times in Ravens history are represented. Vinny Testeverde even got the first Ravens squad in the picture.
Let’s take a look at the players who made the second round. Let’s finish the first round today!
