4. The Defense is as good as we’ve been saying it is:

When you talk about Ravens football this season, chances are you’re talking about defensive dominance. The Ravens defense is living up to the hype in the preseason. The Ravens defense was brutal to the Bills starting offense, they even knocked Tyrod Taylor out of the game. The defense dominated so much that the Ravens pulled there starters not too late into the first half. The Ravens didn’t need a dress rehearsal for this defense. They didn’t need any more reps. All the Ravens needed was to go in there and show that they were as good as we thought they were.

The Ravens tipped passes left and right. When they couldn’t get to the quarterback, the Ravens defensive linemen and linebackers tipped passes with almost comical proficiency. The Ravens forced punt after punt. The Bills only offensive score came after the starters had pretty much left the game. The Baltimore Ravens defense was absolutely dominating. It was completely smothering. They have a surplus of size, speed and power. When it comes to defensive dominance, you can’t have a better preseason than the Ravens are having.

The defense had their last test before playing the Bengals in the opening game of the season. The Ravens defense has lived up to the hype. The defense will be dominant this season.
