3 Baltimore Ravens vital to beating the Cincinnati Bengals
By Dustin Cox
Terrell Suggs
The Cincinnati Bengals lost two of their best offensive linemen to free agency this offseason. Specifically left tackle Andrew Whitworth. This is very good news for veteran outside linebacker Terrell Suggs.
Suggs has the ability to take over a game in the final minutes. If he can bring enough constant pressure at Andy Dalton, then their whole offense will suffer. The newly reloaded and young linebacking corps will help to keep Suggs fresh for the most important moments of the game. If Suggs can knock Dalton off of his game then the rest of the defense will make him pay.

Terrell Suggs is getting older. There’s no denying that. We are witnessing his last few years, and it pains me to say that. He still has some kick in him for now though. Last year, before injuring his arm, Suggs was tormenting opposing teams. He slowed down once he was injured and as the season went on. This is a sign of his age, but now the Ravens have plenty of solid young depth behind Terrell, who can come in and relieve him.
Suggs isn’t the superstar he once was, but he’s still a player that teams have to game plan around. He still knows how to make life hell on quarterbacks, that’s for certain. The Ravens need T-Sizzle to make life hell for Andy Dalton this Sunday.
