Tyrell Williams

Tyrell Williams isn’t even a year removed from a 1,000-yard season in 2016. Despite this accomplishment, the Chargers invested a first-round pick in wide receiver Mike Williams. With Mike Williams back in the fold (returning from injury), Williams is quickly becoming the forgotten man on this offense.

Fortunately for Tyrell, he could immediately come across the country to Charm City and become heavily featured in the Ravens offense.

Williams is an extremely intriguing receiver. He stands at 6’4″ and has the deep speed to stretch defenses. His career YPR is very encouraging at 15.8 and is a big play threat when the ball is in his hands. Williams had a ridiculous seven games in 2016 with 20.0+ YPR.

In 2016, the Chargers saw their top wide receiver, Keenan Allen, tear his ACL in the first game of the season. Williams responded and became a trustworthy wide receiver for Philip Rivers and a depleted Chargers offense. While Williams certainly isn’t a Pro Bowler, he is more than capable of carrying the load for an offense.

Williams may also come at a cheap price, too, thanks to his streaky season thus far. The Ravens could buy low and bet high on the upside Williams possesses. Williams may have become a forgotten man in Los Angeles, but he would immediately be loved and adored in Baltimore.
