1. Marqise Lee:

The Ravens want Allen Robinson, so I know this isn’t the Jacksonville Jaguar that you wanted to read about. Remember this is under the radar free agents and Lee was quietly very good this season. Lee had 56 receptions for 702 yards and three touchdowns in 2017. Lee is a speedy wide receiver who runs decent routes and can get open. He’s not a number one receiver but he is a massive upgrade from any weapon Joe Flacco had to target this past season.

Lee would bring some excitement to the Ravens offense. He would get to be a main part of a new look team (assuming the Ravens add players as well as signing Lee). Lee could fill the Torrey Smith role in the offense. He is a decent deep threat and the Ravens need his skill set. Lee has developed into a pretty good receiver just in time for the Ravens to give him a shot.

There you have it. These are five under the radar free agents that could be huge pickups for the Ravens. Expect the Ravens to go after the big fish. If these names are inked to deals in Baltimore the Ravens went with Plan B rather than doing nothing.
