8. Consistently finding in the NFL Draft past the first few rounds:

The Ravens found Michael Pierce as an undrafted free agent. He is far from the only diamond in the rough that Newsome has brought to the Ravens this way. Zach Orr and Jameel McClain were undrafted free agents too. Newsome has an eye for talent that sees players that other guys simply ignore.
