9. Tandon Doss:

Career stats: 26 receptions, 428-yards, 1 touchdown

Another failed fourth round pick, Tandon Doss was selected in the 2011 draft with the thought he could join fellow 2011 selection Torrey Smith and give the Ravens a receiving core the likes of which the franchise had never seen before. That didn’t quite work out.

Doss was well liked by many in the media coming into the 2011 draft. Despite being a fourth round pick, Doss was viewed highly by the Ravens, especially by their quarterback. Joe Flacco hand-picked Doss to become his go-to man. The Ravens honored Flacco’s plea.

Unfortunately, Doss would never live up to the expectations of anyone. Doss didn’t record a single catch his rookie season, and would grab just 26 receptions and a single touchdown in three years with Baltimore.

The 6’2″ 207-lbs. receiver from Indiana never materialized and fans were left disappointed. If not for being a fourth round pick, Doss would find himself much higher on this list. Regardless, Doss is just another name in a long line of failed Ravens wide receiver draft picks.
